Divorce work is never an easy task, and due to the litigious nature of this work the appraiser cannot show prior examples

of work. Despite this, it is a segment of the Appraiser’s repertoire. Where possible in these instances, the Appraiser prefers speaking with the Attorneys, though is more than capable of speaking with the two parties when there is an amiable

process. When a situation is more combative and should the necessity arise, I am available for court testimony. The goals in this instance, much as with any appraisal, are an expedient and accurate valuation, from which each party can move on to their respective future lives.
